This stuff should be taught in middle school, but it's not. So I'm teaching it now.

I'm a teacher/therapist in Pensacola, FL. Living a more peaceful life can be learned, so this is what I teach. It's worked for me in my own life, so I became a therapist to spread the word. This stuff works great with stress, too, which we all have, so it's totally worth it just for that alone. I love spiritual work as well, but only if that's a fit for you - it's not necessary at all. This stuff is Human 101, and it works. You have to be ready, though. If you've had enough pain from your current way of living, then you're ready. Come see me!
