Never have to wait unless parts are ordered and then a reasonable time. Honest, reasonably priced service where a car is life itself. Best Mechanic I have ever patronized.

Great place and super fast service....we we traveling and got stranded! They were super fast and helped us get back on the road! The prices were fair and they did a great job on our car...faster fix time than we could have ever expected right before a major holiday! Thanks for everything!

I took my truck to another mechanic before I ended up at 5 star for a coolant problem. The first mechanic could not find the problem. So I ended up going to 5 star Automotive. They found the problem within a day and were able to fix my truck fast. I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism at 5 Star. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a affordable price and great workmanship.

We took our car here to have the A/C fixed. My boyfriend knew it was either the compressor or the condensor. He told the owner this but this is not what was replaced. They added antifreeze & did a dye test & claimed it was working 2 days after we dropped it off. My boyfriend also told them to make sure they let the A/C run for 30 mins to make sure since he was working for him too until 30 mins later. Then they said the radiator hose needed to be replaced along with the thermostat. We had them replace that as well. So 11 days later we are informed that the A/C is not working. Now we owe $1,000 & the problem we brought it in for has still not been fixed. When we picked our car up we were charged for other numerous items & labor that we werent made aware of prior to them being replaced. This is unexceptable & the labor costs should have been discounted since the problem we brought it in for was NOT fixed & what we asked to be replaced wasn't. This is difficult and up setting because my boyfriend knows the owner but more the reason why this is not ok.
