Slumlords who think a kayak rack is more important than water damage to a unit is...stay away from this place....bunch of housewives running the board of directors here.....and i can tell you had ANY OF THEIR UNITS NEEDED REPAIRS BECAUSE OF THE MISREPAIR OF THE BUILDINGS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS.....stay away from this place....they dont care about residents...they will do everything they can to get you to pay and ignore your valid complaint.....

stay away from buying here!!!!! the board ignored water damage to my unit for well over a yr even after I proved there was toxic levels of mold in my wall. They finally fixed it but did nothing to remediate the mold and they indicate that they may not pay the contractor that they hired for the repairs! They also try everything possible to obtain a copy of the key to your owned unit and routinely increase maint fees. This place is a joke!
