We were Tenants in the building I cant believe it is 11 year ago. We found it pleasant living there and I miss it. I wish we were still living there still we moved across the country and I hate it , I miss the East Coast so much. I will say one thing every where you live your going to find problems but they cant be as bad Ms Heffelfinger said it was. The people that work in the Building were very nice and she mentions Felix he was the Manager in the Building when we lived there and he was also nice. If you find an Apartment to rent and that is if they are still renting you will love it we lived on the 16th floor I have to say there very few things that you could complain about. We live in Las Vegas and I have only one thing to say about it here the people are Rude, the mind set if why do you want to know me what is it that you want from me. The other people that moved from the East Coast Hate it here to. If you looking for an apartment in this building look towards the upper floors facing NY city it is the best. Happy Holidays to all of the workers in the building, mabe one day we will return to NJ and mabe come back there.

Yes our heating goes everytime there is a snowstorm lately and has been out for several days in a blizzard. I had to call 911 when the building flooded awhile back. A pipe burst. I saw water seeping under my door. I opened the door and I thought of Titanic when I saw water gushing into my hall area. I got my company to wake up and leave with me ASAP. I grabbed my cell, and purse, locked my door, and headed down the stairway. The doormen seem oblivious to situations like this. 1 doorman lets company in when I do not want them here. I do not get a call with this 1 doorman. I confronted the doorman and he is rude and acts like he didn't see anyone sneak in. He denies letting them in. Calls to property management have gone ignored about this. The friend who got in here when I was busy says the doorman was on the phone. Some of the maintenance people are lazy and do not want to help me nor get back to me about apartment issues. other than this this building is good.

Since i moved to this building, they constantly having problems. With heating, cooling system, elevators

The worst part that the staff seemed to be so ignorant and lying about everything. If they dont know when the issue will resolved, just tell that you dont know. Last night the temperature was 5F and heat wasnt working. We literally slept in our coats. The main maintenance guy Felix, if you ever read this : do you understand how cold the apartment gets. I have a small child, i was so afraid that he will get really cold???!!. You, Felix, probably knew that the broiler wad old, but you waited till the last minute, or the most coldest night of the year to shut it down.

I would not recommend this place rent or buy. You will be stuck as i am in cold apartment and an ignorant stuff.

The building is incredible. If you can find a condo unit facing the pool side, the condo will be filled with sunlight all day long. It's incredible. Also, on the higher floors the views of NYC and the sunset views to the West are breathtaking. It really is luxury living with incredible views for literally a fraction of what you would pay in Hoboken, Jersey City, or NYC.

If you can find a unit for sale, buy it! You will be happy you did.
