Love this place, everyone is so friendly and food is good, beer is cold and ribs are great, I have been there a few times, I think these bad reviews are nuts or disgruntle former employees

Foods always great, fresh, and hot. They have a great kitchen staff. Place always seems clean. Great location right off of I-95. On the other hand, their waiters and waitress' are just plain rude. You walk in and there's about four teenage girls standing in the hostess area. All of them are gossiping, and too busy talking to notice you just walked in. I myself trying not to be rude, I wait for them to quit talking so someone can seat us. Or I just say "hello" then someone turns around and gives me a face. Also with these teens is hard to place a togo order. One answers the phone puts you on hold, someone else answers and puts you on hold saying their transferring your call. Finally the third person I get takes my order. And don't get me started about the pretty boy in there who flirts with every girl he sees. I place an order over the phone, they said 15-25 minutes. I arrive 20 minutes after placing the order. The dude who thinks he's just so hot takes my debit card. Sitting in my truck I watch him go from my car to the picnic table outside. He sat down with a bunch of girls for 20 minutes. Don't forget, he's got my debit card on him. After watching them closely, I got out of my truck and asked him for my debit back. He said "do you not want your food now?". I told him I got here 20 minutes after placing the order, and I've been waiting for you to get my food and charge my debit for 20 minutes. So i walked inside, girls where nice and apologized for him. Paid and went home to eat dinner. Family was unhappy because the food was stone cold. Not my fault- just make sure you go inside if the pretty boy comes to your car.
