Not only was our tub delevered, but we had employees at our house the following day to finish the initial set up of chemicals and to answer any additional questions we had. This store had lots of tubs to choose from. They were priced well and they even took my old tub away for me. They came back the day after i filled it with water and put all the chemicals in for me.
