If I could get No stars I would. My husband purchase gift cards for me 2 Christmas’ in a row. I went to their once great store (now a smelly dump) to use the gifts $400 worth and they claimed their machine wasn’t working and could not process the purchase with the cards. I returned 2weeks later only to be told the same. This store looks like is going to close its doors and I can almost guarantee they are not going to honor these 2 gift cards!

My husband purchased a toaster on 12/22 for me for Christmas. It was larger than I wanted so I returned it on 1/5. I could only get a store credit because it was outside their ridiculously short return window of 7 days. I'm all about shopping local and helping out the small businesses but not when the business cannot compete with larger retailers with their customer service. Most stores have a 30 day return window and extend it during the holidays. The cashier kept calling me honey and love which irritated me more than forcing me to take a store credit. 95% of what they sell in that store can be purchased at bed bath and beyond or on amazon which have much better return terms. I put a similar review on their Facebook page and they took it down and I received a warning from Facebook. So there are bunch of 1 star reviews on FB without commentary as I suspect everyone else also received a warning from FB. After I use that store credit I will never shop there again.

The owner treats her employees like garbage! It's disgusting!!!!!!!! She is always screaming and belittling them when I am in there. Something needs to be done about her!
