BEWARE! my unfavorable review has gone missing from websites. But here's my HONEST experience. Sad they would rather delete than apologize for bad service. I came here for a brazilian wax last summer before Hangout Fest and was absolutely traumatized. I chose the spa because it was one of the few that offered a brazilian wax. I left the spa bleeding, still hairy, with wax remaining on my skin. I think it was due to a lack of experience, as I ve never had an experience this horrible, but if you advertise for spa services, you should be able to perform them and perform them in a professional way. The girl doing the waxing acted as if she was grossed out by having to perform the service. I would never come back here and not recommend it to others. It took me a while to get over here and write a review, but with summertime approaching I ll be heading back down to Orange Beach and didn t want any other unsuspecting visitors to experience what I did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A BRAZILIAN!!

Great place to get a facial, very knowledgable stuff. Relaxing atmosfere. I would recommend, but really hard to make an appointment. Called one time they told me Saturday is booked (that was my preferred day) but I told them it was ok I have week off could come any day I was told that they would call me and see which day they could accommodate me. Nobody called me. Next time I called asking if ANY Saturday would be available, I was told they don't do facials on Saturdays. I felt like they totaly didn't care about working with me and didn't make any effort to keep mu business and that's why I'll look for new place to get facial. Not a good place for people working 9-5!

Great service. I made a cold call for color and cut while on a trip to Orange Beach. The service was fantastic. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The apprentice Hayden was very professional and attentive. Hayden is very knowledgable about color and was articulate in her explanation of color selection.
