Provided by YP.comI bought a Scion Tc from this dealership last month. I specifically asked if it comes with navigation, the sales guy said yes. I tested the navigation before and after all the paperwork, both times it didn't work. I asked the sales person person to have it fixed, he said that the Service Department is already close. I agreed to come back some other time.
I drove for 6 hours and after 400 miles, visited their dealership today to have the navigation fixed. The manager told me that he will check the vehicle. I called the seller since he was not in the dealership. Both of them told me that I will pay $1,000+ for the navigation, the navigation that I asked even before I bought the car. I was told that I shouldn't expect them to take care of it.
Let's rewind... I specifically told them that I'm looking for a car that has navigation. I bought a new car because my old car don't have that functionality.
Instead of helping me, the manager ask me questions that is not even relevant to the missing navigation. Asking what I do for work, if I shopped around etc... These tactics are almost insulting. I already purchased an expensive car, why try to get me to pay more?
I try to live my life and work with honesty. These guys have the worse work ethic and customer service. Learn from my experience. I'm already looking at filing a complaint and possibly suing them.

Provided by YPmobileWe bought a used Toyota 4Runner about a month ago. Our salesman was Adam and he was awesome! We did discover some hail damage on the roof of our car the day after we bought it. We called and talked to Jared, a used car manager, and he said they didn't have any hail damage listed on the vehicle and asked us to bring it in so he could look at it. After he looked at it, he let me know they were going to fix it at no charge to us, which they didn't have to do! (My husband accidentally called Fowler Toyota when we discovered the hail damage and that manager basically told him "too bad, you had a chance to look over the vehicle before you bought it". Fowler was very rude!) Jared and all the guys at Bob Howard have made us loyal customers for life. We are beyond grateful for the wonderful customer service and excellent treatment we got from them! They definitely went above and beyond! Happy happy customers right here!!

Provided by YPmobileI've been in the car business for 30 years and I know how this dealer adds profit to each deal. They simply pay you less for your trade than they can wholesale it for or less than they sell it for at auction. If you have a trade look elsewhere !!!

The job was done fast... and everyone made sure my needs were taken care of.
The service was outstanding! The salesperson Al Fard... stayed past closing time to help us close the deal. And besides Al... the financial person... Heath was also extremely helpful and informative. And also the head-salesperson was exteremely accomodating... and we truly feel that we came out of the dealership with a good deal. We have never had such a good car-buying experience!
