Very unreliable. One lady loves to argue, while the other lady doesn t follow through with her job. I ve been trying to add my toddler to our policy for a month now and it s been a struggle. I ve tried contacting an owner, who doesn t return calls either. Very disappointed with the way this company conducts business.
