Can't get a better location overlooking Lake Merritt in Oakland. This is the second time I've been and the food is just as good as I remember. Their taco Tuesday is a great deal and the tacos were absolutely delicious - the fish and carne asada were the best. The guacamole is store bought and the chip basket definitely doesn't come over flowing but it's not worth a notch down on the stars!
