I have used Gullivers Travel at least once a year for 25 years. Gulliver's travel in all those years has given me service beyond my expectations. Brenda and her team have more than once gone to bat for me over a travel issue that arose. Brenda and her team do not settle for anything less than my satisfaction. 25 years of excellent service so if you are planning on traveling Gullivers travel would be the travel agency to use for your travel needs and protection.

All need to know this! Brenda and her exceptional staff are what you truly need for all your travel plans. I have been with them for years. When it comes to pricing and exceptional customer satisfaction...they are next to none.

It is fine to research places to go but when it comes to a final decision I have found that Brenda and her staff are my final decsion makers. Talk about...trust, caring and honesty....they all live by those words and stand behind those words when it comes to their customers.

Never have I had a bad trip they didn't plan and put together for me. I trust them with not only myself but my family also when it comes to making a trip a memory to remember.

I will be moving in February 2009 to Jacksonville Florida. I have informed them of that but I told them that even from there...they still retain me as a customer. I will contact them via email or phone, why, they are the only ones I truly trust and will always believe in them and how they also care about me.

Online purchasing is a fad....to be dealing directly across the table from Brenda or any of her exceptional staff is prefered for me. They have become not only my true travel agency I can trust but also...MY FRIENDS.

Gulliver's Travel is hands down the most helpful and caring travel agency in Saint Louis. All of their agents are very well-versed in the world of travel and most of all compassionate about what they do, making the decision to book with them a no-brainer. From the moment we started thinking about locations for our honeymoon, Amanda Reeves was there with suggestions, tips, information and pricing for places she thought we would really enjoy. Although we took our honeymoon a whole 7 months after the wedding, Amanda made sure to communicate with our resort in Jamaica that we were honeymooners and made sure we were treated as such. I can without a doubt say that I will NEVER book a vacation without the help and expertise of this agency and will recommend them to anyone looking for a trip of a lifetime!!

I recently just booked Trip #7 and #8 with Amanda Reeves at Gulliver's Travel. First reaching out to them in October 2007 we have always received exceptional service. A couple of our trips had a few bumps (not a Gulliver's issue) and Amanda was always there to take care of the situation and made our travel process enjoyable! Anytime I reach out to Gulliver's I receive quick answers, pricing, etc. The most recent trip booked to Mexico Amanda was able to save us quite a bit of $ by reseraching other alternatives for us. I appreciate all the help Gulliver's has given us over the last 5 years and we will continue to book our annual Caribbean vacations with Amanda at Gulliver's Travel.
