If there is an option to give ZERO stars, I would do that. I wish I had read the reviews on Google before I called them. The issue I called them was a simple fix of leaky faucet. The plumber who came could not open the faucet to fix it. So he spent 20 minutes to write a 5 line "report" to bill me for the time. They charged $104 and all they did was leave the Delta phone number. Shame on these folks to charge customers like this even when they can't fix anything. I called them to question the charge, and their response was that they charge whether or not they can fix the problem. Rather than attempting to work on the screw that got stuck, the "plumber" wrote a report to 'clock the time'. I would not recommend them.

These guys are honest with their work, I had them come out to check my backed up drain that kept flooding my basement. I was going to have them roto rooter the drain which was going to cost more, but they said to try the snake first and that fixed the problem. I appreciated Dan Wood for not trying to get more money from me when they could have. I will use them again. tk
They charged me 2 call out fees to check the A/C and Furnace but didn't tel me in advance that that is what they would do. I asked how much it would cost when making the appointment and I was only told of the 1 call out fee. Paying 2 call out fees they might as well have come out 2 different days.
