This store has a great selection and great quality products i found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly i will definately return an send my friends

I bought two corsets from this store. One was fine and worked out fine. The other one had a defective zipper which pulled apart the moment I put it on. when I went to return the defective item, I was told the 7-day returned window had already passed. That because I had taken the tags off I had taken responsibility for the item. Then the sales clerk attempted to demonstrate that it was my inability to operate a zipper that was wrong and not the actual zipper itself. She zipped up the zipper and then went to pull on it to show me how sturdy it was and it came apart right in her hands. Even faced with this obvious defect her response to me was "it doesn't matter if its defective your past seven days." She acted like she was giving me her first-born when she offered to give me a replacement of the same coreset, the exact same one with the same defective zipper. I have no idea why she thought giving me another poor quality product would make up for selling me the origional and identical defective product in the beginning. Not only was it embarrassing when the zipper pulled apart, but then I was insulted again by the customer service in the store. They don't offer returns for most things in their store but I did not think that applied to defective items. They are obviously more concerned about retaining profits than they are in retaining customers, they have lost my business that's for sure.
