INO LLC has power-washed and cleaned the windows at my store front for several years. I recently hired them to wash my house, clean my windows, and stain my deck. It was very convenient to have them do all three projects at once and they did a terrific job!

I am a general contractor and have referred these guys to several of my clients over the years because they are reliable and really know what their doing.
I wanted to get my house power washed and windows cleaned before the cold weather set in and holiday season was right upon us. I quickly read two reviews on Inside n' Out and met with the owner, Hugo, for an estimate.
I was immediately struck by Hugo's professionalism, comprehensive knowledge on the different types of power-washing depending on house type but, most importantly, his easy going manner and easy-to-work with demeanor.
To be perfectly frank, I was so thrown by his lower than expected cost estimate I asked him to check his figures. As a result, I asked him to add on cleaning my windows to which Hugo promptly discounted the entire cost. Regarding cost and payments, Hugo worked with us at every turn with nothing more than a handshake and smile.
Work-wise, Hugo suggested and performed a Powerwashing method that was both more wood-friendly on our home and cost effective (less expensive). We have a challenging three-story home with a ton of windows and skylights. Hugo's attention to detail was superlative and his overwhelming desire to please the customer was impressive to say the least.
He even came back a couple times because he wasn't entirely pleased with how some windows turned out because of the cold, rainy weather we've experiencing on top of fewer daylight hours to work with.
Down to brass tacks, out of a 10-point scale Inside n Out was definitely a 12 -- I think that says it all!! - Tommy B.
These guys were terrific! Timely email correspondence, easy to schedule, arrived on time, provided an estimate, accurately assessed the amount of time needed, and did great work. Ours is a tricky house (a three-story Victorian with some quirky antique windows, old-fashioned storms, etc.) and they really did a nice job: windows are sparkling; they cleaned up thoroughly afterward; they were easy to have around during a full day's work. I would recommend them and will call them again when the windows need some attention.
My windows have not been cleaned in a long time and were stained with organic matter from the woods. Inside n' Out not only cleaned the glass, but the frames, screens and sills as well. When cleaning the inside of the window in tight quarters nothing was broken or disturbed. The windows have never been cleaner. I cetainly will use them again. .
