Front office staff has somewhat of a nasty attitude and demeanor. Patients are expected to call ahead, give notice and be courteous well the same should be true of the front office faces. If the office makes a mistake, own up to it, apologize to the patient, solve the problem if possible and move on.

Its sad when you have an issue going on and you call to make an apt with a dermatologist and they tell you you we're not taking anymore new patients, why when I'm sure the problem I'm having is going to require me to have to come back year after year and I'm sure that is the same with others.
