This repair shop is a joke! I was first told my TV was fixed but was still broken when I picked it up. I was then told I needed to order a part. Part came in and then I was told it was still not the right part!! I was so aggravated that I just took my broken TV home. Do not waste your money - I still have two send back two TV parts that were not even the right parts!!!

The repair process was very convenient and the diagnosis was accurate. They were a pleasure to deal with and they saved me a lot of money since I didn't have to purchase a new big screen television. It's been a few months since the repair now, and the tv still works great! I'll definitely use the company again! Thanks for the help.

on time ,free pick up -delivery,price was right .lower then all other stores.
