      Cullum Services, Inc., is a full service maintenance company. Maintenance of new commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC equipment. Services include preventive maintenance and repairs for all new and existing HVAC equipment as well as retrofits. For over 43 years we have offered Dedication, Quality, Integrity, Excellent Service, Communication and Teamwork to our Clients, Customers and Colleagues. Our technicians have extensive knowledge and technical skills in servicing a diverse range of HVAC equipment; from small split systems to large chilled/hot water systems including cooling towers and chillers. Our technicians are certified to service all HVAC equipment and building management systems. We provide service twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week for all of your commercial, industrial and institutional HVAC service needs.       On May 1, 1999, Cullum Mechanical Construction, Inc. (est. 1972) positioned itself to be more flexible and responsive to rapidly changing industry trends. The core operation was restructured, adding two wholly owned subsidiaries: Cullum Constructors, Inc. and Cullum Services, Inc. The two corporations have been formed to place focus on individual client needs and to carry out the core duties of the organization. Cullum Mechanical Construction, Inc. serves as the parent of the subsidiaries, offering support and leadership to the entire Cullum family of corporations.
