I wish I had the option to give more stars. I've been a customer of Jeweler's Workbench since 2001 and have no plans to ever go elsewhere. Superior work is not even the main reason I'm a customer - I trust them with any and all of my jewelry. Fast, friendly, reasonable prices, excellent workmanship - the list goes on and on. I have a necklace that has great sentimental value to me, it was my Grandmother's. It is very old and a very fine chain, which I break all the time. I have it fixed here and every time it looks like new. You cant see any of the fix places. The clasp has been replaced and looks like it was there when it was given to me. They do great work, there are times they have done in 15 minutes for me. The people are wonderful and always a pleasure to go to. I went to Jewelers Workbench because I was recently given a watch that had a ceramic bracelet, and the bracelet needed sizing. I needed someone who had worked with ceramic before. I called the number listed and the gentleman I spoke with said that they worked on them quite a bit. The service was fast - and fantastic! The gentleman who sized the bracelet even showed me some cool features of my new watch that I didn't know existed. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
