I just had to give my testimonial about Ed and his team at Speedy Auto Service in Norfolk. After taking my daughter's 2009 Toyota Corolla to FOUR different repair shops (and one of them was a Toyota dealer), Ed was the only one who could figure out what was wrong. Diagnostic testing came up with all kinds of different codes but he was the only one who was diligent and just would not give up until he discovered she needed a new fuel pump! He did excellent work, was fair and reasonable, extremely knowledgeable, and fabulous to deal with. This mechanic knows his stuff! I highly recommend him and Speedy Auto Service in Norfolk. Just simply the best! My daughter's car runs awesome now and yes, the "check engine" light is finally off for good. Thank you, Ed! Super detective work!

I would not go to this business. I took my car there for an inspection and ended up with a missing tire. Someone replaced one of my tires with a different one. When I talked to Ed, the store manager, he was very, very rude and emotional as if he did it. Dont go there.

Reggie the manager is professional and helpful.
When I brought in our 2004 Dodge Durango for the inspection. He was honest to say that 2 tires may need replacing in the near future and the same with the pads. No lies/pressure to get it done immediately.

I highly recommend. I am a female and do not feel ripped off. If anything major is coming, he gives me plenty of notice so I can save up for it.

Very honest and really know ther stuff. I have dealt with several garages in Norfolk and none could figure out the issues I was having with my car these guys where able to diagnose and repair the car in the same day. They also did an awesome custom exhaust on my classic 69 Chevy nova and my 2001 honda Civic si both sound great and look beautiful. Just go in and talk to Reggie the Manager he will get you hooked up!

Not a bad place. I wish I saw the 15% discount though. I wasn't there five minutes before they were putting on my spare on, THEN asked if I wanted to get it replaced there. They had to order the tire so I came back in an hour. No wait, just parked the car next to the door, paid, and when I got out, they were already lowering my car. Only gripe is a little pricey it seems at $100 but that discount would have made it very fair.
