Extremely Impressed!

The first thing I want to say is that I was extremely blown away that JT called the next day after I had my car repaired to see how it was running. No one has ever done that before. To quote my husband, "We found our mechanic." The service was fast, the price was great and the customer care was above and beyond any I have received since I can remember. A+

This team is great! They could very easily take advantage of someone like me, however they always take the time to explain everything my car needs and what the problem is. They are very reasonable and accommodating every time I have gone in. JT is always willing to listen and suggest the best solutions .I highly recommend this business!

The guys at Accurate Tune are awesome! The owner is super friendly and works really hard to satisfy his customers, and the team he has working for him is great. Everyone was really nice and took their time to explain to me exactly what they were doing with my car, why, and what exactly the problem was. The parts they ordered were very affordable compared to dealership prices, and again I was shown exactly what was being ordered, how much it was, and why it was being ordered. Everything arrived the same day and my car was completely repaired within just a few hours. On top of that the owner worked with me as far as cost, taking into considerating my finacial circumstances. In all, the experience was great, relatively unstressful (minus the sheer fact that my car had broken down), and everyone was very pleasant to me. And of course, the price was right! I can't say thank you enough to the guys at Accurate Tune for being there when I needed them and getting my car back on the road. You guys rock!
