I'm only giving a star because the site will not let me post unless I give one. They are so terrible that they do not deserve even one star.
They have terrible customer service. Both me and my mom have had trouble with them fixing watches in a timely fashion and they lied to both of us about when the watches would be done. They did this to my mom 2 years ago and they did this to me this past month.
I went into have my watch fixed and they said a week to a week 1/2. So I went back 2 weeks later and they hadn't even touched my watch it was right were they had dropped it when I first left! Then they told me to come back in 2 more weeks because they would not be able to do it until the end of the month. Needless to say I'm never going back.

Great service bought diamond earring here a while back and they fixed a concord Saratoga watch for me that no other shop coul replace the strap. So I am happy with petersons

5 out of 5 stars. Best Rolex /Cartier repair shop I ever been to. They fixed my Cartier watch for half what the Cartier dealer charged me just 3 years ago. It was 950 + tax. Mark at petersons jewelry in Newton ma did the full Rolex repair for just 500.
