your fragrances are wonderful but---the wallflower plug in does not last. If you get 2months you are lucky.In todays economy you might want to consider making your plug ins last longer as it gets a little expensive having to replace them every 1or 2 months. thank you patti 9-15-12

I love the scents that made. Just wish you still made the fresh bamboo candles again. I have one problem,,why have you change the way you make the wall flower plugins, the just don't last as long as when they first came out. Can't find the scent bugs anywhere, what's up with that. The candles don't burn evenly as they did when I first started buying them.

I would like to start out by saying what a huge fan I am. I have been purchasing Slatkin & Co candles, oil's, room sprays etc since 2004. And was so pleased when your products became available at Bath and Body Works. I have some what of an addiction. I own hundreds of your products. They are "The Best" I am writing because I have been having so many issues with the new spring line candles.I am VERY upset with the perfomance either the wicks have issues and cause tunnleing or the scent throw on most just isnt the same. I gave a call to B&BW customer relations department and had sent in ten 14.5oz along with 2 of the "new" 1.6oz mini's to be looked at and tested. I was rather sick of returning to my local store and figured the higher up's needed to know about these issues. I am one of the top reviewers for b&bw and was wondering if YOUR company is actually reading all the reviews on your candles. Please fix the issues. I hope this get's to Mr Slatkin himself. We have been purchasing for several years now and loved the product. However, the last several have had problems getting them to burn evenly and all the way down as we are use to. One or two of the wicks will burn out and cause the unevenness and leaving more than an 1 - 2 inches of wax in the bottom. Will definitely start looking at other products and brands to replace them. They are simply to expensive to not perform as promised.

I ordered a complete set from QVC; three jar candles with a holder and a set of wall scents. The candles would barely light and the tops of the scented part for the wall holder would not open. We even tried to use a tool to open one and the entire thing broke. I considered returning the items, but decided to try again. No Luck! Now, it is too late to return them, and I am out over $40.00! It was a lovely lavendar scent; my favorite, so, I am totally disappinted. Everyone raves over this product. Not me...I will never order from this company again.

Two of the greatest fragrances that I have ever encountered were those of Evergreen and Balm, both created by Slatkin. These two fragrances seem imposssible for me to obtain. When they are released in my presence, they give off the smoothest and relaxing fragrances. These fragrances appear to take my problems away and place me in a different atmosphere. Somebody needs to teel Mr. Slatkin that IF he would promote these two, he would never have to worry about anyone in the entire world having a problem that could not be solved because these fragrance simply take you away.
