The system s unit, The Westerly Hospital, founded in 1921, is a more than 100 beds, nonprofit, acute care community facility that offers medical, surgical, obstetrical, gynecological and pediatric services. Its Bridgeport Delivery Network includes Bridgeport Hospital, Southern Connecticut Physicians and the Bridgeport Hospital Foundation. The Yale New Haven Health System serves patients in eastern Westchester County in New York, southern Connecticut and southwestern Rhode Island. The system s Greenwich Delivery Network includes Greenwich Hospital Hospice Services and Greenwich Hospital. Its Yale-New Haven Delivery Network includes Yale-New Haven Hospital and Yale-New Haven Psychiatric Hospital. In addition, the system educates health professionals.
