This is really cheap Chinese wares that lack quality and NOT Scandinavian as advertised. Similar to other big box stores, customer service really is severely lacking. A combination of inept staff and ineffective management creates a horrible customer experience. There is no sense of pride or commitment by IKEA staff or management towards anyone who walks into their stores.

Great inspiration. Great Products. Love this place. Coworker couldn't be nicer. Used their delivery service (which you have to set up after you received the products). Worked well and was only $59.-. Will come back soon!

IKEA employees don't listen. I said 3X I needed my refrigerator delivered and the old one picked up, and yet the young lady walked me to a sitting area to wait for the unit to be brought up front. LISTEN!

no stock, unusable website, unable to contact local stores all of which have the same recording with no one answering- is this store going out of business????

while on a recent visit, I've realized Ikea has changed. Their employee's are griping, and are clearly unhappy. Management is definitely lacking. the child care center picks and chooses who they let in. If your child doesn't "look" potty trained they won't let them in. corporate is supportive though, they are aware of the ongoing customer service problem and claim there has been an increased turn over in management and they are in the process of retraining new employee's in hopes of creating a more positive environment for all.
