I am writing this due to the other review about this store. This is an independent franchise. While they may or may not answer the phone, they are always open during their store hours. If they are helping an in store customer, the person working may not be available to pick up the phone as well... as an in-store customer, I would hope that my face to face conversation take precedence over a caller who probably won't even show up to make a purchase.

In store reps are always helpful.
Store does not always have everything you would find in a large electronics store or supplier.

In the end, it is Radio Shack. When they have what you want, it is great, when they don't, they'll still make an effort in person to help you find it.
