I bought a "Premium" upgraded bouquet from Teleflora, and my girlfriend was rewarded with the worst flowers she has ever received. Not only were there barely any flowers in the arrangement, but they were mostly all dead by the next day. I could have bought something better from the gas station. Avoid this florist like the plague.

I received my arrangement the day before Valentines Day. It was pretty, but when I showed the picture to my boyfriend who ordered them (2 weeks prior to Valentines day), he immediately noticed that the bouquet was significantly smaller and less full than the one he had ordered and paid for. I got in the office the next day (on Valentines day), and half of the roses were dead, and the lily petals were falling off - only one day after delivery. My boyfriend and I are both disappointed in this delivery from Stems.

Stems has been my only flower shop that has treated my personal needs as their own. The designer skills are highly recommended all over and their assistants has their own little flare too. With Stems your customer service and interests is put towards pleasing customer needs. In the floral industry Stems is highly qualified when it comes to meeitng the customers needs and personal requests are always priority..
