We have used Paul's autos for over 10 years and never had anything but excellent friendly service .. My husband works for the military and is away a lot so guess who gets to get the cars serviced ?? So contrary to the negative comment from another female I find completely the opposite Paul's staff are always friendly trustworthy and if anything try to find the best rather than most expensive way to keep my cars on the road - i have never ever felt taken advantage of I would recommend this garage to anyone that asks .. and No i do not have any affiliation or relationship (other than as a customer) to Pauls. This shop took advantage of a naive woman who needed her car fixed. The final cost was 4 x the estimate. The problem needed fixing was never fixed but the master mechanic found 3 ghost problems that all of a sudden needed fixing. Its a typical bait and switch shop that terrifies consumers into sspending money wastedly. Worse the mechanic was incompetent
