This company is always reliable and on time when they come to clean my carpet! Super fast too, they waste no time on getting out any tough stains. My carpet was old from years of wear & tear, now it looks better than ever!!! I can't believe how much lighter the color is on my carpet now! Feels great to walk on without slippers as before I couldn't walk bare fit!! Their rates are great and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
They did an AMAZING job in my apartment!!! What a FRIENDLY staff, fast, and always on time! and took out every stain. My carpets are very old and needed to be taken up. Instead I called NYC Rug cleaners for their advice and they insisted that I try their cleaning service first before paying all that money on new carpets installed. Very happy that I did and with the outcome! Now my carpets look brand new!!!!!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I recently had a party at my house and one of my rugs was absolutely destroyed. My husband wanted me to throw it right in the garbage but I gave it a shot. They came and picked up the rug and 2 days later, I HAD A BRAND NEW RUG!!! It almost looked better that the day I bought it... I couldnt believe my eyes!! These guys are awesome and have great pricing!!! definitely recommended
