Well, I have been using Melvin's Towing "was satisified" until last evening. The tow truck guy didn't know what he was doing. Then when he failed to get my car out of the ditch he asked for a TIP and said "we can work something out tomorrow". When I called him he said his boss was watching their every moves. Okay, I can deal with that. I then called Steve's Towing, Larry the tow truck guy came out and pointed out the damage that the Melvin's tow truck guy did when he tried to pull my car out of the ditch. I knew he was doing it wrong, but he said he had done it like that before. I wonder what that vehicle look like? He ripped the aluminum frame under the car by not hooking into the tow hitch. I called Melvin's and explaining my dissatisification when I think the "operator" just went silent. He didn't hang up but I think he just put me on hold. I am taking this company's number off my cell. Don't plan on using them anymore!!!!

DO NOT hire this company to tow anything!!



They have CRACKHEAD, Criminal Employees!



One of their Drivers almost killed a family in a Volvo, that appeared to be on their way to Church on Sunday... RIght near NAS Oceana !! ---- ON A SUNDAY !!!



The Driver then got OUT OF HIS TRUCK, threatened & cursed out the family, w/ the Children RIGHT THERE!!

WE took his license plate and called the authorities...



We Called and spoke to the Owner of the Company...he said QUOTE
