Today, we are one of the largest drain cleaning companies in the New England area with over 25 trucks on the road to service you quickly. Our service technicians average over 7 years of experience and have all completed a comprehensive training program. The technicians combined with our knowledgeable office staff, help us to deliver our clients the best customer service in the industry. In December of 2003, John's Sewer & Pipe Cleaning, Inc. was purchased by Larry Gillis & Associates. Larry Gillis brings over 30 years of experience in the drain cleaning industry. He was President of Twirl Corporation which owned and operated Roto-Rooter franchises in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, Birmingham, Alabama and Cincinnati, Ohio for 18 years. Before retiring, he served as President and CEO of Roto-Rooter, Inc., a national and international service company.

John's Sewer and pipe cleaning was recommended to me by my contractor. I was happy to find that they had great workers and great pricing too. Great experience overall.
I am a landlord and I use them for my apartments I own. I have worked with them personally and they are a great, genuine company. I have never, and do not plan on, ever having a problem with them.

Everything was done very very fast and even better than i expected. I called them and they were here within the same hour.
They showed up the day after I called and unclogged the drains. I was pretty happy about the service and speediness of everything.
I found the technicians to be very polite and courteous. Everything was explained to me. Everything was completed right on time, which pleasantly surprised me! I had the job estimated by a few different companies and theirs was the best. I will certainly be using them in the future if need be.
I am a plumber that always send them business, I just recently found out through a few customers of mine that every house they are going in, they try to sell plumbing work that people don't need and quite a few times they had to repeat their jobs up to four times. I will never use them again.
These guys did a really great job at unclogging our drains. They were really knowledgeable, friendly and did a good job at a reasonable price!

They cleared the drain from the house to the road for use and they did the camera for me too. It was pretty great and neat how they use a camera to see what is in the drains causing the issues, really beautiful pictures. The guys did a great job and the price was fair. They do work for my company too so I trust them and know they do a good job!
