I am shocked with all the BAD reviews that International Auto has that their doors are still open. What is worse is that our company still brings them our van. Our van seems to be there more than being on the road, where it should be doing its job. Seems to me that International Auto does not know how to repair it correctly the first time. Or could it be that by not fixing it the first time it comes back they call it (job security) I'm pressing that our company look for another repair shop that is honest.

5 star jokes!!!!!.....I give them a 5 star for being the worst auto repair shop. I thank them for making it easy to tell the truth when they left the lug nuts loose on my tires when I picked up my car. Thank goodness I was able to pull into a tire shop around the corner and had them tighten them for me.

I took my car to them to have them fix my air conditioner. I had no problem paying the outrageous bill if my air was working. Half way home my air stopped working putting out hot air. I called them to let them know that my air conditioner was putting out hot air and the response I got was "something should be hot because your not". I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was the manager. I explained that I had paid alot of money to have it fixed and the response I got this time was "you got what you paid for" . After arguing with the "manager" and getting nowhere my only solution was to cancel my transaction with my credit card company. They got what they deserve...nothing.

Be careful with this company. I used them for an oil change and a simple repair and it turned into a nightmare. I wrote my a little review on them as to my horrible experience with them and noticed that it has been wiped away as if I never wrote anything on them. They are BAD news. Bad people who tried to do work on my car without my permission and tried to charge me. No one does that. It's repair shops like International Auto, that give the good ones a bad reputation. Really, International Auto have you thought of running an ethical business instead of a ripping hard working people off. NOT RECOMMENDED

International Auto is not a safe environment to work in. They are a rip off shop. They mistreat customers and over charge them. Do Not Recommend.

I give International Auto 5 stars for scamming customers. Other than that there is nothing good to review. I do have to say do not take your car to them.

Showed up to tow a pick up truck with their smallest flatbed and then tells me it wont fit after being several hours late. Driver was mouthy and rude. What a joke of a company.

I have been taking all my vehicles to International Auto Radiator for many, many years. Will not take my current nor any future vehicle to any other facility. This company really cares about it's customers!
