i was very satisfied with this 24 hour service. my basement was flooding in the middle of the night, i was happy with the fast response time and the cost seemed reasonable to me for him comeing out at 3:30 in the morning.

He took forever to complete the job, overcharged me, and made me re-write a check to him because he wanted it made out to himself instead of the company. This company seemed really shady. He was rude to me and he kept yelling at his daughter that he had brought along to my home. I wouldn't use him again and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
