These guys illegally towed my car and when I told them what the law was, which they already knew they said to come get my car at no charge. But then when I got there they told me I had to pay anyway and I had to call the police and report my car stolen to get my car back from them on the same day. They lied to the police and said I used an ethnic slur and insulted them which was not true. Even if it was true it doesn't change the law. Beware of these guys. Good luck if they steal your car.

It is NEVER any fun to have your car break down 50 miles from home, however, if you find yourself in this situation, Rudy Hernandez is your "knight in shining armor." Rudy arived ahead of the AAA estimated time of arrival. He was professional, friendly and let us ride in his cab to the dealership in Escondido. Even in rush hour traffic on the 15, he was calm and courteous. Miraculously, we arrived just before the dealership closed. We appreciated everything Rudy did for us and felt well taken care of in the midst of this stressful event.
