We had A Weinstein Inc. (AW) out to check a 3 year old frig that had a temperature controller that was not working. We had a discussion prior to his visit and he tried to fix the problem on the phone (to save us the cost of a visit). We could not fix the problem on the phone so he ordered a part that may fix the problem prior to his first visit out to the house. When he arrived he fully assessed the function of the frig, even the items that were working fine. He determined that it required a part that he did not have so he would have to order it. He called when the part arrived to scheduled a return visit. When he returned he repaired the frig quickly and charged us a reasonable charge (did not include any parts he ordered that he did not use).



Throughout the entire process AW Inc was professional, let us know what was going on (orders, potential problems, etc.) and handled our problem (and checked for others) quickly and cost effectively. I would definitely recommend this repair company and use them again.
