Had my bracelet that I bought at H Brandt jewelers appraised - was told it was worth $300 - he charged me $2,700 plus took a bracelet of mine with a retail value of $1000 in trade! Also, was told the diamonds were worthless! Stay away!!!

Had my bracelet appraised that I bought at H. Brandt jewelers - was told the diamonds were worthless & it had a value of $300 - he charged me $2,700 plus took another bracelet of mine with a retail value of $1000 in trade!!! He won't do anything to rectify the situation! Stay away!!!

I felt that the service was fantastic. I was driving by and had to stop in to get an anniversary gift, as soon as I came in, I was greeted with respect, knowledge and a caring attitude. This is really the best "mom and pop store" that I've ever been to!

The owner and staff were curt with, impatient with, and unwelcoming to new customers. Although there were no other customers in the store at the time, the owner did not seem to take the time to explain things to me, address my concerns, or help me find what I needed. I left the store confused and disgruntled as to why someone would treat new customers this way. Additionally, there is not a satisfactory selection of jewelry there and the layout/appearance store itself is unappealing.There are plenty of other better jewelers in the Natick area, and I would not recommend going to this jeweler.
