I love the crew at Salon J, and I am one of them known as the band aide because the owner Joanne cares for the salon but most of all THE EMPLOYEES ! Joanne makes sure that each one of us is supported in anyway she can and help us care for "Our Clients" to the Best of our ability. And let me say this.....
