This Precision Tune Location, is Great!!!Chris, The Manager is Excellent. He is Honest, Fair & Thorough, with your "Needed", car repairs. Compared to The Precision Tune on Nolensville Road, their prices are higher & they recommend extra work, each visit, with a Oil change, BEWARE!!! Best to get a 2nd Opinion, when getting work done at The Precision Tune on Nolensville Road.

A couple of months ago, I had the front right half shaft replaced on a 2010 Honda Civic. Shortly after, I took it back because my transmission was acting up. Chris, the manager at the Charlotte Pike Precision Autotune reccomended I take it down the street to a transmission shop. The mechanic at the transmission shop, Ray, replaced the front right half shaft with the CORRECT FITTING half shaft and also replaced a seal. Ray told me the cause of the seal leaking (which was causing my transmission to slip) was most likely caused by too long of a halfshaft being installed on my car. This has fixed my transmission problems so far. I took the half shaft that Ray uninstalled back to Chris for a refund. So I have now paid for 2 half shafts to be installed. The first one being the cause of a $700 transmission problem in which Chris not only refused to refund me labor costs for installing the wrong part but also did nothing about the $700 I had to spend to fix my transmission. Guess what he said when I asked if I would be refunded for at least the labor? "I'll hook you up with your next oil change!" I'm never going back to this place and will deter anyone I know from going here for auto maintence. Corporate has yet to respond to my email in regards to this.
