Dr. Michelle is great, as are the hygienists working there. Always fast and efficient, great service. She works with people to meet their needs and budget. Best dental office I've been to

I was referred to Dr. Michelle through a family friend- what a great friend! My experience has been nothing shy of fabulous! The staff is extremely customer service friendly and made my first appointment a breeze. I have NEVER had such a thorough exam of my mouth. Unfortunately, I had some cavities that needed to be fixed. However, my filling experience could not have been better! The gas was great and Dr. Michelle did a fabulous job with the numbing and fillings! I've had no problems whatsoever. I'm so grateful to have found an awesome dentist!

Nice office and friendly staff but terrible dentistry. I am in my twenties and for the most part have never had problems with my teeth. I was told by the dentist that I needed two fillings replaced (on two teeth that were not giving me any problems). After the work I had SEVERE pain in both teeth. Long story short, I ended up needing to get root canals on both teeth that she had worked on (I went to a different dentist of course for the root canals). Dental Impressions never seemed concerned about the pain I was having that was literally keeping me up at night it was so bad. She told me to take Ibuprofen and said someone would me on Thursday to see how I was doing. Of course, Thursday came and went and no one called. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT go there. They used up all my insurance and I still cannot open my mouth all of the way! Stuck in pain for another year when my insurance to reset.
