I absolutely love it.

Yes, they are busy & will be a wait. But, the girls there are so sweet and helpful I would never buy a dress from anywhere else.

It was an okay place. The dressing rooms made me feel self conscious.

I recently went to the white room to buy a prom dress. I have herd mixed reviews on this place some say they call you fat laugh at you and some love it. I really over all thought it was okay I wasn't called fat I am by no means "skinny" the girl that helped me was my age or slightly older she actually picked out the dress I ultimately chose. I didn't love the crowd or how you can't make appointments except if you are trying on a bridal gown. Because it was soooo over crowded. I don't really like taking pictures of the dresses because lots of them look a like and you can't pick them out of the photos. I don't like having to come out of the dressing room into the open of the entire store. There is no privacy I am quite self conscious and when I'm trying on things I don't want to be looked at or having other girls cut their eyes at me while I'm trying on a dress that doesn't quite fit. I would prefer a quite place and more privacy. I did like the dress I picked out but online the dresses DOES NOT look like the dresses at the store. Do not buy online. I almost bought this dress that was so cute or so I thought and went to try it on and it was horrible looking. Over all it was okay I did buy a dress their for prom. I am happy with the dress.

This place is absolutely horrible. I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresess through them and my advice is to stay away if you don't want an absolute headache. First, they repeatedly told me I was size 8 when I am a 4 and swore the designer ran very small but of course the dress swallowed me and needed alternations. I could deal with that but the major issue was they ordered the wrong color in my bridesmaids dresses when the correct color was on everyone's receipt. The dresses were supposed to be dark orange, which was called catalope by their swatches, and we received dresses that looked like Pepto-Bismol pink. The manager said there was no possible way to get the same dresses in on time, and we only had one dress as an option to order that she could get in on time. Of course, it was a completely different style dress and very simple. The only good thing I can say is that they ate the alternation charges because these were long and I wanted short and they had to add a strap, etc. However, it was obvious there wasn't much attention paid on them. The length of one of the dresses was completely loped sided on the side and front, and another dress came down longer than all of the other ones. I will say the seamstress is a very sweet woman and easily the best person to deal with there, but you cannot expect much when a person is not getting paid for a screw up by someone else.

Even without the screw up it is obvious most of their worker's are not knowledgable, rude, ditzy, and only care about the initial sale of a dress and nothing else. One of the sale's associates pushed my sister-in-law who has an athletic slim physic into ordering a 20 because she would be almost 8 months pregnant for the wedding, and would not take no for an answer. Go figure the seamstress had to completely change the dress because it was so big. The same went for the flower girl's dress of ordering it too big. It is poorly ran bridal boutique and I would not recommend it to anyone. Trust me, their customer service stops after you order and pay for half of your wedding gown, prom dress, etc.

This place is managed miserabl...

This place is managed miserably! Stay away if you want any chance or your wedding or prom dress turning out like you wanted it. My Fiancé went in around October for a trunk show and was "helped" by Tara. She was helpful enough while picking out dresses and my fiancé found the exact dress that she wanted. She also wanted to make an addition to the dress and asked to order extra material for that at that time. When she prepared to put the deposit down on the dress she asked what the delivery date would be so that she knew it would come in on time, with a wedding on May 5th. She was told that the dress would come in around the END OF APRIL! When she responded that she did not want to buy the dress if it would come in that late, Tara told her she would check once more to confirm. She came back and ended up assuring my fiancé that the dress would be in around mid-February. She asked again because she was surprised to hear it changed and Tara confirmed the date. My fiancé paid the deposit with a promise from Tara that she would be called in the next two days. Two days later she received a call from Tara to inform her that the dress was ordered and the confirmed ship date was late April! Furious, she told her that she did not want the dress if it was going to come in that late. Tara replied that she could cancel but she would lose the deposit. My fiancé responded by asking if the only thing she could do is basically cross her fingers and wait and Tara replied, uncaringly, that "you could say that." She asked her how often the dresses don't come in on time, and she said "about 60% of the time.' GREAT. In a corner, my fiancé decided to wait and see what would happen. The next day Tara talked to my fiancé's dad and told him that she could have canceled it but she didn't say she wanted to within the two day time period. She NEVER mentioned this to my fiancé. Sure enough, the dress did come in around February after my fiancé and her mom took to calling the store everyday at the beginning of February to ask if it was in. When my fiancé went in for her first dress fitting, Tara came up to her and said "If you remember, we were going to wait until later to order the extra material." WHAT?!?! How does that make sense? So she forgot to order the material. Two weeks later, my fiancé heard from her again that she was unable to find the material. Two more weeks go by and she finally found the material. My fiancé goes in for her second fitting only to find that the alterations lady did not know about the appointment because Tara did not coordinate it with her. More weeks go by and again, she shows up to an appointment that is not set up. Finally, my fiancé has to set up a final fitting for tonight, April 27th, at her apartment because the alterations lady is too busy with prom to fit her in!! She shows up tonight just to find that the alterations lady has lost part of the dress and forgot part of the addition. 7 days until the wedding and she is going to pick the dress up on Monday. Needless to say, you should avoid this store like the plague, whether you are getting a prom dress or wedding dress as they do not have the management, customer service, or caring to make sure the customer gets even the minimum. Who knew there could be this bad of a wedding horror story when it comes to the dress. Good luck if you decide to still shop here, just ask specifically to stay away from Tara.
