Accepted my retainer, but did virtually no work on my case, nothing has changed in his past reviews everybody on past reviews summed it all up , but i gave it the bennifit of the doubt due to the reviews being a year or so but I should had took the reviews I seen into consideration

I fed exed a retainer in good faith on 10/2/2014 being Joe was my sisters lawyer. She passed 11/1/2013 as of this date 8/12/2015 Nothing has happened. Many emails, several phone calls and many texts, still nothing. I even asked for my money back. That did not happen either. I live in Florida, or I would be at his office.
