I have used this Urgent Care twice; the first time was Thanksgiving Day in 2015. This facility ROCKS! Dr. Basi runs a tight ship; the clinic is like a well-oiled machine. Staff are kind, and dedicated. All staff. Including reception. The clinic uses innovative solutions; they are not afraid to think outside the box. I was sooooo grateful staff volunteered to work on Thanksgiving Day. I was sooooo grateful for positive, happy staff! Appears to be cutting edge technology, with in-house lab, and warm caring service. Way to go, Elite Team!!!

We only gave them 5 stars because there is no way to give 10. We are in are early 70s and have lived in Modesto 45 years. We have some excellent doctors. But there is good and not so good in every occupation. You can tell the good ones because they enjoy what they are doing. And they have a staff that enjoys their work also. The doctor is very thorough and he is a specialist in diagnostics. He also takes the time to explain everything in laymen terms. We recommend Elite Urgent care as the best choice in Modesto.

I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in the area! In and out with NO WAIT! very clean facility! staff is very friendly makes you feel very comfortable about your visit i was assisted by lissette she was very helpful in every way she could she also fallowed up with calls to make sure i was doing better and called right away when the DR got my test results back literally minutes later it was my 2nd time to a urgent care so i was nervous and also new at the whole process with the insurance and everything but unlike other urgent cares were they just want you out of there office in a quickness and all about the money the Dr was more concerned about my health issues then anything else i will defiantly be going back and recommending family and friends to Elite urgent care thank you again Dr and staff for everything and helping me in every possible way you could (:
