OWNERS ALONG WITH ALL THE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES CANT BE TRUSTED AND WILL LIE,LIE,LIE..I LOVED IT BACK WHEN I MOVED IN 1992..THREW THE YEARS IT HAD ITS PROBLEMS BUT WHEN LINDA POWE BECAME MANAGER IT WENT TO CRAP.. BUT WHEN THE NEW PPL TOOK OVER IT WENT TO CRAP WITHIN MONTHS.. BECAUSE I SPOKE UP FOR MYSELF AND LET IT BE KNOWN I WASNT GOING TO JUST LET THEM TAKE MY MONEY AND LIE SAYING THEY DIDNT AND CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS EXTRA.. I WAS EVICTED AND MY HOME OF 25 YRS WAS DEMOLISHED BY THEM!!! IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON/FAMILY DONE WRONG BY THESE LOW-LIFE BOTTOM FEEDERS!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH/BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THIS PLACE... SO MANY HUD SUITES FILES FOR ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF ILLEGAL ACTIONS TAKES BY THEM TOWARD RESIDENTS ..ESPECIALLY TOWARDS THE ONES WHO DONT HAVE THE MEANS TO PROVIDE THEMSELVES WITH TOP NOTCH LAWYERS TO DEFEND THEM IN COURT.. AND WITHOUT ONE THEY KNOW ITS YOUR WORD AGAINST THERE'S AND THEY WILL WIN.. THEY ARE CROCKED AND CANT BE TRUSTED BY ANY MEANS!!!

Sea Pines Mobile Home Park used to be a nice place but that was before they allowed Gail Cox to return after she had been kicked out. Gail Cox is a thief and a backstabber who so hated my friend that she set out (and did) destroy my friend with the help of her then boyfriend Mike Knowles and at least two others who framed my good friend. Gail Cox is also a racist who hate Blacks so when around her you need to watch your back. When my friend lived there it was a nice, quiet and clean place but it is now been over run with drugs and crime with no thanks to Gail Cox. There are far, far better mobile home parks in and around Mobile so whatever you do, do not waste your time and your money by going to Sea Pines Mobile Home Park.
