I bought Pokemon Emerald here about 3 months ago. The workers said they would change the battery in it for no extra cost. Pretty cool, but it took about 20 minutes and at one point they said they had messed up and were trying again on a different cartridge. There was no one else in the store. I got the impression they had no idea what they were doing.

Today I go to play it and the battery is once again dead. Don't go here for repairs or games, they cut corners and don't know what they are doing. The batteries are known to last ~10 years. I wouldn't have bought this game if I knew the battery was only going to last a few months.

Im not to sure where to start with this one. This place is amazing. They have neat status and gundam models that were supplied by Ryan Hughs himself!!! I took my friend Clinton in there and the selection just knocked his little socks right off!!!

First all I am a huge retro collector and been to literraly a 100 stores around the country and found that Play Talk was an enjoyable experience, with great selection of games from higher end to exclusive and filler carts and cds. Also to add, if you are a talker.. and most of us passionate gamers are.. lol they didnt kick me out, fact is there was awesome service with employees that enjoy retro as much as me. highly recommended store with friendly and compettitive prices.

WORST PLACE EVER TO GET YOUR IPHONE FIXED!!!! I went here to get my iPhone fixed since they were cheaper($65) than the normal place I go to($125). The price should have been the first red flag but I decided to give them a chance since my phone crashing was unexpected and I didn't have the extra money to repair it. I went here because my screen didn't work I couldn't touch anything on my phone the only thing that was working properly was the home button. It took them about 30min to "fix" my phone when I got it back the phone was powered off (second red flag) I tried to power it on and it didn't work the first time after trying for a second time it finally came on but then I noticed my home button didn't work...like really.. I told the guy who "repaired" it about the issues he then placed a grey square on my screen so that I could get into my phone without actually having to use the home button (which I hate) he apologized and gave me excuses saying that the phone was water damaged really bad which happened over 2years ago and it was missing sever screws(which it wasn't UNTIL NOW) he then told me he could fix it but I have to pay $20 I don't think I should have to pay for their screwup especially when it was working when I took it to them. I should have just went to my normal place (MINGS) and got it FIXED PROPERLY. I wouldn't recommend this place for iPhone repair to anyone. My phone is now missing screws at the bottom and I don't have a working home button smh.

They charged me $135 dollars to fix my cracked screen, I got home and my phone wouldn't turn on. Went back the next day to get it fixed and said it would be another $35 to fix. Go somewhere else

These guys are super! My smartphone wouldn't charge properly so I stopped by for them to take a look. The charging outlet was full of debris. (I'm in the construction business) they cleaned it out and helped me selecti a better cover. I was in and out in no time with my problem solved. I would definitely go there again and recommend them highly. Chris

Great store with fair prices, what more could you ask for? As a person who loves to game but also balances full time work and friends this place has a great community of people and atmosphere. Things go wrong with hardware/games all the time that no one has control over, what makes this place stand out from the normal corporate gaming store is the actual customer service and community that does all they can to help you out, whether it's advice on rigs or just general talk and opinion on games that interest you as a consumer. I would encourage checking this place out, you won't be disappointed (i'm from Michigan, I still reach out to the owner to talk games, rigs, etc.) Just look at the owner on this page reaching out trying to help people out and make things right to the best of his ability!

Every since ive heard of this place I thought It was great to have a locally owned "game stop". You can talk directly to the owner who is cool enough to host free events for the public which is awesome. How can you not like these guys? They do all they can to make wanna come back!
