The teacher was on her phone most of the time duing the basics class where you learn most of the critical information. They are more focused on the money they are going to receive from you then caring about your actual education and if you miss anytime for medical stuff they will not excuse you they instead make you pay 6.25$ an hour and work for them. They never even went over a males hair cuts before placing me on the floor to preform the cut. We were told that if clients asked us how long we had been at the school to give round about answers. I found this school to be not only very unprofessional to the students but also dishonest to the people that go there to get services preformed. Its a real shame because for the people living in Missoula this is the only school to choose from and it doesn't even deserve one star!! I'm not the only student who has these feelings either I would say half or more students choose this school because its our only choice if we want to stay in Missoula

I went to school at MBS it was an awful experience the instructors were rude and unprofessional and talked poorly about their students, the owner doesn't care about her students only the money the produce for her. Time cards are poorly managed and hours seem to disappear weekly. I would never recommend anyone to this school. Had I known what I was walking into I would have gone to a different school even if it meant being away from my family for more time.

I highly recommend this place for a haircut 5.00 Monday and people have to remember it is being done by students not Professionals. Under the watchful eye of Instructors. They were very Professional when I was there and they were always teaching the Student while they were cutting my hair

Never have a been to a business ran so poorly. It looks depressing. A lot of stuff is broken. It smells. The teachers look unprofessional. Over priced products. I feel sorry for the women there trying to get an education that get treated like garbage. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I currently attend mbs and i hope to let perspective students know that I would never recommend this school to anyone. I am 3/4 of the way done with my training and I feel I have wasted my time so far. I wish someone had let me know how unorganized and poorly ran this school is. So i urge you to take a closer look and if you do enroll keep track of your hours closely... they will disappear if you don't.
