I have been an account holder with Charter Bank for a few years now, and recently their cash advance machine went down. It has been close to 3 weeks, and it still hasn't been fixed. They are referring their customers to a different bank to be able to do this type of transaction, and I will probably be doing all my transactions at an alternative bank because of their lack of interest in fixing the issue in a timely manner.

The staff at the Pace location are very friendly,and go out of their way to accomodate every customer. Ive been doing business with them for over 18 years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank!

New ATM is fantastic

I think these guys have really done a good job. I have been very impressed with the move from First National to CharterBank. They say wow and i agree.
