I have over 15 years experience in Operations and Management that I use to help guide you in many aspects of your business. I also believe in working with clients based on a fixed price agreement. A monthly fee that brings price certainty and eliminates the need for myself and clients to waste effort watching a clock. I provide periodic financial statements and meet with clients to review their business but they also have unlimited access to contact me to answer questions anytime. My fee also includes a robust cloud based online accounting solution with real time access to one set of data for clients and their CPA. We work on a fixed price monthly agreement with no long term contracts. We don't want our clients our ourselves spending time watching a clock. Our accounting services start at $149/month and includes your Xero.com online accounting subscription. You get the following; General Ledger Maintenance Quarterly Financial Statements *Summary * Profit & Loss * Balance Sheet Monthly Bank Reconciliations Unlimited Phone & Email Support This gives you traditional accounting/bookkeeping services and Financial Statements signed by a CPA that you can provide to your Tax advisor or to a bank. For as little as an additional $100 /month we would work together to develop an Operating Plan and an always accessible budget loaded in Xero.com. I would pro-actively review the company performance vs budget to discuss any variances and adjustments necessary to the plan to reach your goals and includes a Quarterly Business Review and update of your plans and budget.
