My dad & I have gone here for many years, usually with good results. Phil is a helpful no-nonsense operator, (he does talk too fast) but he really tries to get you what You want & for the price you want. The guys pretty much do just tires, wheels & alignments, so they get done quick. If you really want a good suspension check I'd stick with the big guys like Firestone or WheelWorks though. Maybe 4 1/2 stars is more accurate. Smaller shop here in Milpitas. Often very busy, but efficient..

I have been going to Pacific Tire Outlet for years - often on a Saturday morning. The line usually starts early AM. They have decent prices on tires. Last year I brought in my Audi for service. I came back an hour later and this was after handing over my key earlier. As I approached the front desk to inquire about my vehicle, the manager behind it, without me saying anything, says "Back off now". I understand that people get busy, but that was just uncalled for. And I said "Okay", and raised my arms.
