Although he eagerly billed for every one-sentence email or two-minute phone call, he failed to successfully mediate any issues involving the children. In a shocking turn, Finch failed to enforce the parenting plan allowing me access to my children on my parenting weekends. To this date, I have not seen my son in over two months and Finch has stood idly by.
