When I got married 15 years ago we purchased our rings here. They helped us find rings with our very tight budgets (only 19 years old). Now we are looking for a new ring. They let us trade in the old ring and use the credit towards a new ring! They gave us full credit for the setting and the diamond. Now I have a bigger beautiful diamond with an updating setting and it was 1/2 the price with our credit! We used the layaway plan for this ring too. One of the reviews said thier layaway was cancelled and the store offered a gift card. If you don't pay your layaway on time they send you a letter warning that you need to make a payment by a certain date or the layaway will be cancelled. If the layaway was cancelled it's their own fault for not making payments and ignoring the warning letter. I've purchased 2 rings and both experiences were great. They have a great selection, you get to pick the setting and pick the diamond seperately and they teach you how to select a diamond. Great job Shane Co - awesome service!!
